- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the Baileys and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Can be served with chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, or fresh berries. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
