Description

A creamy, indulgent dessert combining Baileys Irish Cream and cream cheese in a graham cracker crust, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the Baileys and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Can be served with chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, or fresh berries. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
