Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour ranch dressing over the pasta salad and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, cook the pasta al dente. You can customize the ingredients based on your preference. If the pasta salad gets dry, stir in a bit more ranch dressing before serving.
