- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Begin by cutting the ripe avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the blender with the avocado.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well combined.
- Once the mixture is creamy and well-blended, taste it and adjust the sweetness if needed. Transfer the mousse into serving bowls and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover mousse in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Press plastic wrap against the surface to prevent browning.
