Instructions
- Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper; set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions, stirring frequently for a smooth consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter; mix until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and ¾ cup of chocolate chips until well-coated.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop; top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Chill cookies in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until set.
