Description

Delightful no-bake cookies combining creamy peanut butter, white chocolate, Rice Krispies, and marshmallows for a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white melting chocolate
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions, stirring frequently for a smooth consistency.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and ¾ cup of chocolate chips until well-coated.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop; top with remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Chill cookies in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until set.
