  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Melted butter or cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir until evenly coated.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and fill it with the apple mixture.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly and secure it with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Brush or spray the outside with melted butter or cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and place the taquitos in the basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
