- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt or almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by coring and chopping the apple, and peeling and slicing the banana.
- In a blender, combine the chopped apple, banana, yogurt (or almond milk), cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup if using.
- Add the ice to the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Enjoy immediately!
