- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until smooth.
- Dip each floret into the batter, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Arrange cauliflower in air fryer in a single layer, spray with olive oil, and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to intensify flavor.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
