Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until smooth.
  3. Dip each floret into the batter, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  4. Arrange cauliflower in air fryer in a single layer, spray with olive oil, and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  6. Return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to intensify flavor.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
