Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
