Description

A delicious side dish made with tomatoes and onions, air-fried to perfection, bringing out their natural sweetness and adding a delightful crunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 medium Red onions
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried herbs (such as thyme or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tomatoes and red onions into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss the tomatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well coated.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
