- 2 medium Red onions
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tomatoes and red onions into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss the tomatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
