Description

Quick and delicious Air Fryer Meatballs that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for a family dinner or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve these meatballs over spaghetti, in a sub, or as an appetizer. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
