- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
- Prepare two 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine butter and chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl and melt for 60-90 seconds, stirring in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white, eggs, and sugar until frothy. Pour into the chocolate mixture and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins and air fry at 370°F for 8-10 minutes until the tops are set but the centers are still soft. Allow to cool for one minute before removing from ramekins and serve.
Notes
