- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Tortillas, for plating
Instructions
- Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips along with the bell peppers and onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sliced peppers, onion, olive oil, and spices. Toss until well-coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Once cooked, check the chicken’s temperature is at least 165°F. Garnish with lime juice before serving.
