Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Tortillas, for plating

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips along with the bell peppers and onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sliced peppers, onion, olive oil, and spices. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Once cooked, check the chicken’s temperature is at least 165°F. Garnish with lime juice before serving.
