Description

Achieve perfect crispy chicken without extra oil using an air fryer, enhanced by a blend of spices and a delicious coating.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mix evenly on both sides of the chicken.
  3. Brush the chicken lightly with olive oil and coat well in a mixture of Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer and air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
