- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mix evenly on both sides of the chicken.
- Brush the chicken lightly with olive oil and coat well in a mixture of Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer and air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
