Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Stir in the warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf or small oval.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or grease it, then place the dough inside.
- Set the air fryer to 330°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden.
- Remove and let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Store leftover bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
