Description

A quick and easy recipe for fluffy and crusty bread made in an air fryer in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Stir in the warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf or small oval.
  6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or grease it, then place the dough inside.
  7. Set the air fryer to 330°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden.
  8. Remove and let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
