Description

Delightful and easy pumpkin spice muffins made with just four ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the canned pumpkin and spice cake mix, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and water until the batter is smooth. Pour into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
