- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the canned pumpkin and spice cake mix, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and water until the batter is smooth. Pour into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
