Description
A refreshing and simple watermelon sorbet using just two ingredients, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Cut off the rind of your watermelon and chop it into cubes.
- Fill a Ninja Creami pint container with the diced watermelon, reaching the max fill line. Pour the coconut water into the cup, also to the max fill line.
- Add the lid securely on the pint container and place it in the freezer for at least 12 to 24 hours.
- When ready to enjoy, microwave the pint for 30 seconds or run the outside of the container under hot water to release the sorbet. Add to the Ninja Creami machine and select the sorbet setting, re-spin if necessary.
Notes
Serve with mint or lime juice for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to two weeks.
